  • GREG PIERCE

    pastor/Elder

    Greg and Shannon Pierce were born and raised in Oklahoma. They met in college and both had a heart to be used by God to the fullest. They spent some time in Oklahoma doing college ministry and then 8 years overseas as missionaries in India and Malaysia. Greg was also the Family Pastor at a church in Iowa before moving here to Baker City.

    The Lord has blessed them with two daughters named Lani and Maggie. Greg believes that the word of God is true and reliable, completely accurate. He believes the world needs Jesus and that we are responsible for the Great Commission. Some of his hobbies include spending time in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, reading, and just hanging with his family. 


  • Luke Hearne

    ELDER

    Luke and Camille Hearne met as teenagers in their hometown of Halfway OR, and got married a few years later! Ministries they are passionate about and have been involved with for the past 20 years are foster care, adoption, youth ministry, worship ministry, and leading Home Bible Studies.  Luke and Camille and their 7 children love kayaking, paddleboarding, exploring the mountains, and renovating homes together! 


  • Lance Woodward

    Elder

    Lance's love for the bible began as a kid memorizing verses in AWANA. This love brought him to Uzbekistan for several years after college teaching the bible and ESL. When not working, you can find him hiking in the mountains or traveling the globe with his adventurous wife. 

     

  • Shannon Pierce

    Children's director

    Shannon grew up in Oklahoma but has moved to India, Iowa, Malaysia, and now Oregon since graduating with a Special Education degree. She meet her husband, Greg, in college.  She has enjoyed teaching in the states as well as overseas, doing campus ministry, learning about new cultures, raising her daughters, and traveling. She loves thrifting, indoor plants and getting to know new people and places.


  • shalyn woodward

    administrative assistant

    Shalyn grew up near the beach but has spent the last twenty years living among the mountains and trees. She went on her first mission trip at the age of fourteen and after college served as a missionary in Japan for three years. When she’s not busy baking for her husband and two teenagers, she enjoys leading women’s bible studies, visiting Disney parks, and drinking caramel macchiatos.
